Position:-Associate Vice President- International Sales
Type:-Full Time

Job Purpose
The Associate Vice President - International Sales will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and management of sales team, to achieve targeted sales

Duties and Responsibilities
SALES -

  • To develop international sales strategies, identify new markets and manage existing clients for achieving sales targets & objectives
  • Communicate with identified foreign companies (leads), through e-mails, conference calls, WebEx, Skype et al, to convert potential companies/leads into live cases
  • Present the business case and value propositions to foreign companies and convince them to enter into business relationship with ALCOR and its clients in Asia
  • Schedule conference calls between the CEOs/decisions makers of US/Eu companies and ALCOR Directors
  • Establish suitable foreign leads and communicate the same to domestic sales, for onwards action
  • Attend meetings with Indian companies (mandated clients), and sort out queries regarding proposed foreign partners
  • On need basis; source foreign companies and key contacts through different online - offline tools available and conduct necessary research on different market segments

OPERATIONS & CRM -

  • Coordinate with clients (mandated/US/Eu), for Invitation Letter requests, visa formalities, finalization of travel dates and out-of-pocket expenses (OOPE), for business meetings
  • Plan, schedule and prepare for US/Eu client visits to India
  • Exchange detail meeting agenda with Indian, US & Eu clients and work closely to manage the travel and visit
  • Prepare and share detail meeting notes and onward plan of action, post every meeting
  • Attend client meetings/customer visits for clients, to drive the milestone stages of LoI, MoU and JVA

TEAM HANDLING -

  • Defining and monitoring targets for international sourcing and calling function
  • Delegation of tasks to international sales team members, as per assigned priorities
  • Overseeing team performance on target achievement, lead generation, MIS activities and providing them feedback on-the-run
  • Conducting QC and validating the tasks of team-members, through regular evaluation of their reports and time-sheets
  • Conduct one-to-one discussions and team meetings, on weekly basis for work synchronization and review
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations to optimize and enhance staff potential

REPORTING -

  • Provide weekly updates on:
    • Case/Project progress status, for mandated clients
    • Inbound & outbound call data
    • Live lead lists
    • Team tasks and progress
    • Proposed meeting schedules
  • Work cohesively with other team leaders for executing projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams, for project management, revenue analysis, synergy mapping and effective execution of cases
  • To adhere to established processes, procedures, forms and reporting formats to uphold the internal QMS
  • To perform all other duties or special projects as assigned by Team Leader /Management.

Qualifications/Education
Post Graduate in International Marketing/Sales from a good institute

Experience
Minimum 8-12 years experience

Working conditions
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, environment. Must be able to perform multi- step processes quickly and accurately. Position will require working in US/Eu shifts and weekend work as applicable

Physical requirements
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary Work involves sitting most of the time and walking and/or standing are required only occasionally.
